Basically, this just adds some text to the bottom of the board, and to
the title blocks in the drawings.

It's pretty OK.  I might add a few finishing touches and order it.

It's not perfect, just what I had on hand.  Footprints are assigned
accordingly, and I'll probably make a board layout with these parts so I
can build one without any additional fuss.
