#2 Rewrite language_updater.sh in Python

Right now, the language_updater.sh script is being run automatically by Kaylee if it sees that the language has changed since the last run. This is nice, as the user no longer has to perform an extra step to add commands. However, running a shell script from Python seems like a clumsy way of doing things. The language_updater.sh script should be rewritten in Python to further simplify how the language is updated.
