#4 No installation script

We should really have some sort of automated installation script for the first release. I’d like to look into modules such as setuptools to achieve this goal. Automated installation will make packaging much simpler, and could give additional structure to the program’s file organization.

As of a1f694572a, I became a real adult and learned how to make setup.py scripts. I daresay it’s about time for a release.
