In preparation for adding a second board (the programming jig) to this
repository, I've moved the PD Buddy Sink files to their own directory.

Set the _KI_LIB_GIT path to point to a local copy of the kicad-library
Git repository.  Then this project will pick up the Git libraries
instead of the system ones.

That's the name they should have, since the board hasn't been called PD
Buddy since v0.1.

Tested to probably not blow anything up if assembled properly!
